The program is focused on the integration of operations management,   technical systems, and the complexity and size of the operations.  The required SMS also states that every aviation company must possess all certifications that are necessary in order to prove that the company’s aircrafts and all its aircrews are prepared and ready to take the responsibility that are laid upon their shoulders each time they operate and fly.
